By accessing or using Novaon Ads (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Novaon Ads is a Google Ads operating platform for connected accounts, campaign setup and management, AI-assisted workflows, measurement, protection, access operations and reporting. The Service connects to Google Ads through Google APIs after you sign in and grant permission.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your login, activity and teammate access. You may connect only Google Ads accounts you are authorized to access and manage.
3. Free trial, fees and billing
Eligible new customers may receive a free trial lasting 14 days. No card is required to start unless the signup flow clearly states otherwise. Paid subscriptions use the price and limits shown on the pricing page at purchase. Google Ads media spend is separate and billed through the advertiser's Google Ads billing arrangement. Applicable taxes may apply. Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully; violate Google Ads policies or the Google API Services User Data Policy; access accounts without authorization; disrupt the Service; evade security controls; or enable deceptive, abusive, fraudulent or prohibited advertising.
5. Your data and Google authorization
You retain rights to your data and Google Ads data. You authorize us to process it to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke access through your Google Account permissions.
6. Changes you make
You are responsible for campaigns, budgets, targeting, creative, tracking, exclusions, access and other changes initiated through the Service. AI output and automated checks are tools, not a substitute for human review. You must verify accuracy, legal and policy compliance, landing pages, measurement and budgets before publishing. Bulk campaigns are created paused by default where the workflow states this.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, software, design and Novaon content, excluding your data and external content, are owned by Novaon Ads and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant a limited right that is neither exclusive nor transferable to use the Service under these Terms. Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC; Novaon Ads is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or operation without errors, Google policy approval, eligibility for promotional credits, perfect blocking of invalid clicks or any particular advertising outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaon Ads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Service, including advertising spend associated with campaigns you create or modify.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect Google access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement or protection of the Service and its users. Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
