Privacy Policy

How Novaon Ads accesses, uses, stores, shares and protects information, including data obtained through Google APIs.

Effective 28 June 2026 · Last updated 5 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Novaon Ads (“Novaon”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use our website and application (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

Novaon Ads helps agencies and internal teams operate Google Ads accounts through account organization, campaign setup and management, AI-assisted workflows, conversion measurement, protection and reporting. The Service connects to Google Ads through Google APIs after authorization.

2. Information we collect

Google login profile

When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier to create, identify and secure your account.

Google Ads data

With permission, the Service may access connected account and manager account structure, names, currency, time zones, campaign entities, settings, performance metrics and account access records. It uses this information to display account context and perform operations you initiate.

Technical and usage data

We process session information, request logs, diagnostic information and audit records needed to operate and secure the Service. We do not use advertising from external providers or behavioral advertising across sites cookies.

3. Google user data and OAuth scopes

The Service requests Google identity scopes such as openid, email and profile for authentication, and the Google Ads scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords for connected account operations. We do not use this authorization to access Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Calendar.

4. How we use information

  • Authenticate users and provide, maintain and secure the Service.
  • Display connected Google Ads accounts, campaigns, performance and access context.
  • Perform operations users request, including campaign, access, measurement and reporting workflows.
  • Maintain audit records for security and accountability.
  • Respond to support, prevent abuse and comply with law.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

5. Limited Use of Google user data

Novaon Ads's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google API information is used to provide or improve Service features shown to users; is not transferred except as needed to provide those features, comply with law or complete a business transfer with appropriate protection; is not used to serve ads; and is not accessed by humans except with consent, for security and abuse investigation, or as required by law.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We share it only with Google to perform requested API operations; with contracted infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf; where required by law or necessary to protect users; or in a business transfer with appropriate notice and continued protection.

7. Storage and security

The Service uses cloud infrastructure and administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. OAuth tokens are stored on the server and sessions use secure cookie controls. Access to production data is restricted based on operational need. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Data may be processed on Cloudflare's global infrastructure and by contracted providers. Transfers across regions use appropriate safeguards where required. If a qualifying security incident affects your information, we will investigate and notify affected users or authorities as required by law.

8. Data retention and deletion

We retain account information and authorization data while needed to provide the Service. Cached Google Ads data is refreshed from Google and retained according to operational need. You may revoke access from Google Account permissions. To delete your account and stored profile, tokens and cached data, email support@novaon-partners.io. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days, except where law permits or requires limited retention. You may also request a portable copy of eligible personal data.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port personal data and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise a right. You may disconnect Google access at any time.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Additional notice will be provided where appropriate or legally required.

12. Cookies and advertising technologies

Our public website pages use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working and to measure how well our advertising performs. We do not load advertising measurement inside the signed-in workspace where your Google Ads data appears.

Strictly necessary

A session cookie keeps you signed in after you authenticate with Google. The Service cannot function without it.

Advertising measurement

Our public pages, including the page shown after you complete registration, load the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It records page views and completed registrations so we can see which advertisements bring people to the Service. Meta receives your IP address, browser and device information, the address of the page you are viewing and, where Meta already recognises your browser, an identifier linked to a Meta account.

We do not send Meta your name, your email address, your Google Ads account data, or any information retrieved through the Google Ads API. Meta acts as an independent controller for the data it receives, and its handling is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

How to refuse

You can block these technologies through your browser settings or a tracking blocker, and you can manage advertising preferences inside your Meta account. Blocking them does not limit your access to the Service or to any feature of it.
